Content You Submit

You are solely responsible for submitting only content you have the legal right to access and convert. Queudio is a personal productivity tool intended for content you have legitimately accessed.

Queudio processes content at your direction and is not responsible for copyright infringement by users. Queudio does not monitor submitted content. By submitting content you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

DMCA Policy

Queudio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Queudio complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they share via Queudio's clip sharing feature. By sharing a clip, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Submitting a DMCA takedown request

If you believe that content accessible through Queudio infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

support@queudio.com

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL of the specific Queudio clip page containing the allegedly infringing content.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, Queudio will promptly remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the user who shared it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address above. Counter-notices must comply with Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
